I trained as an Integrative counsellor. I help people by integrating a number of
What you are feeling in the present moment will indicate where the conversation will go.
There will be some discussion of your past because our behaviour can be traced
back to how we were when younger. The present moment is important as we need
to feel safe to explore our needs and feelings.
It is important that our lives have meaning, and we want to know that our values and being
translated into our futures. Where have we come from, who are we and where are we going?
It is also important that there are clear expectations of what one can expect from each
other as client and therapist.
Along with talking therapy I may offer visualisation, drawing or sound making to expand
your experience of therapy.
